Relay Online Chair Network

Welcome! This is a support site for volunteers in the South Atlantic Division.
  • ROCN Bulletins (link at left and via email) are issued with lessons learned, best practices and notices of current interest to ROCs.
    (Only ROCN subscribers receive email Bulletins; read "Signing up" below.)

  • Training Calls are one-hour teleconferences to help you learn Relay Online.

  • Training Videos are available 24x7 and include recordings of the teleconference Training Calls.

  • Implementation Guides ("IGs") are how-to's in downloadable PDFs.

  • The ROCN Forum is a Bulletin Board of Q&A, tips, techniques and lessons learned.

  • The Relay Online Help Request Form is used when the Training Calls, IGs, Bulletins and the Forum don't address an issue; it directs
    a support request to the SA Division Relay Online team.

  • The ROCN info sheet is a summary of all of the above and of the Relay Online support process. It also contains a job description for
    the Relay Online Chair volunteer position.

    NOTE: This is not an official American Cancer Society Website. The site is volunteer-maintained and intended for South Atlantic Division volunteers, but
    is open to everyone. Some content may be South Atlantic-specific and Division differences may exist.
Signing up for the ROCN

Signing up is simply subscribing to a RelayForLife.org Group so that your email address is recorded.

  • If you have a RelayForLife.org username, go to the next step. If you don't have a RelayForLife.org username, go to RelayForLife.org
    and click on the Create an Account link at the top of any page.

  • Once you have a RelayForLife.org username, click here to go to the ROCN Group page on RelayForLife.org.

  • When you're on the ROCN Group page, if you're not logged in to .org, do so. Then, click on the Subscribe link at the top of the RIGHT
    nav. The Forum content will now be visible and you'll be on the list for email Bulletins.
